  • At The Global Proposal Corporation, Diversity and Inclusion are Core to Who We Are. We work to foster an environment where differences are valued, practices are equitable, and everyone experiences a sense of belonging.

We believe in maximizing the power of different perspectives and backgrounds in our team. This is essential to establishing long-term value for our company, as well as long-term value to our clients. We apply equitable best practices in every proposal and document we write, working to ensure that all language used is culturally-sensitive and inclusive.

At The Global Proposal Corporation, we strive to combat discrimination and be inclusive across race, ethnicity, culture, language, education, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, sex characteristics, generation, age, socioeconomic background, working and thinking styles, religious background, veteran status, abilities and disabilities, experiences, career paths, and technical skills. We proudly endorse the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Standards of Conduct for Business on Tackling Discrimination against LGBTQ+ people.

Inclusiveness is about leveraging these differences to create a corporate environment where all team members are valued for who they are, have a sense of belonging, and are empowered to contribute their unique best to clients. As a matter of corporate policy, we conduct Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) to identify, prevent and mitigate adverse impacts on the rights of our team members.
